Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with Watto Rips. Please read our shipping terms below before ordering.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout. Shipping must be paid for your order to be sent. If shipping has not been paid on an order, that order will be held and will not be dispatched until shipping is arranged and paid. No order is sent without paid postage.
Combined orders and the SKIP code
If you place more than one order with us on the same night, we can combine them into a single parcel so you only pay shipping once.
The discount code SKIP is provided for this purpose only. It is to be used on additional orders after you have already placed a separate order that night with shipping paid. When you use SKIP, your orders will be combined and sent together in one parcel.
Please note:
- SKIP is only valid when you have already paid shipping on another order placed the same night.
- In the event the SKIP code has been used without payment of shipping on a separate order, an invoice will be sent for the amount of shipping owed, and your goods will not be sent until such time as shipping has been paid in full.
- Using SKIP to avoid paying shipping altogether is considered misuse, and those orders will not be dispatched until postage is paid.
If you're unsure whether to use the code, don't — just pay the shipping, and contact us if you think you've been charged twice and we'll sort it out.
Handling time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within [2–3] business days. During busy periods or after live streams this may take a little longer. We'll always do our best to get your cards out as quickly as possible.
Carrier and delivery times
We send with Australia Post. Standard and Express options are available at checkout.
- Standard Post: typically 2–6 business days depending on your location.
- Express Post: typically 1–3 business days to eligible metro areas.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Once a parcel leaves us, delivery is in the carrier's hands and subject to their timeframes.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.
Correct address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged additional postage to resend it.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at [your email] with your order number and we'll work with Australia Post to track it down.
Damaged in transit
We pack all cards securely with protective materials. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy and contact us with photos as soon as possible.
