Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This includes cases where you've changed your mind about a card or product, found it cheaper elsewhere, or no longer want the item. Please choose carefully and check product details and photos before ordering.
Opened vs sealed products
Some products are offered as either sealed or opened, based on your selection at checkout.
- Sealed products are sent unopened in their original packaging.
- Opened products are opened live before sending. Because opening is done at your instruction and cannot be reversed, opened products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind under any circumstances. Please make sure you select the correct option before ordering.
Items damaged in transit
All orders are packed securely with protective materials suitable for trading cards. In the rare event a parcel is damaged in transit, we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it. Photos of the packaging and item are essential for us to lodge a claim, so please send these as soon as possible.
Incorrect items
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at wattorips@gmail.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
